We have been looking at the Trues Cost of Food. Not just what you pay at the grocery store, but all the IMPACTS on the Earth, from pesticides to transportation emissions. There are lots of ways to reduce this cost on the Earth. We can grow our own food, buy food from farmers’ markets, and get to know where our food comes from. We can choose organic or natural, and we can but food with less packaging.
