Fernie students take recycling into their own hands

Isabella Dicken Elementary School students took recycling into their own hands by making handmade paper.

The Beyond Recycling program turned the classroom into a paper making factory and students got to work to turn waste paper from the school into new colorful paper they can use again.

Students loved this big messy, noisy project and they came out with new paper they can use again in the future.
