Students at FJMES looked at how falling water and solar energy is converted into electricity, and how this electricity makes its way from far away places to run the lights in their school. Students played with the PowerWheel to see firsthand how the force of water can power turbines, and pieced together the pathway that electricity takes from the turbine to get to their homes.
