PRESENTING: The Lifecycles of Everyday Objects

Mrs. Graham’s grade 5 delved deep into their research and presentation on the lifecycles of various everyday items. They learned particular facts about their item related to the five stages in the product’s lifecycle, and created terrific presentations to teach the others. Along the way, they also learned more about group work, presentation and research skills! After the presentations, we spend some time thinking about how to switch the typical linear lifecycle path of everyday items into something much more in line with how nature works: in loops!
