Students who had been in Beyond Recycling last year as grade 4’s were experts in their ecofootprint and helped to explain the concepts to the other students.

Wind chimes, tin-can telephones, elevators, cars, toy houses, plant holders, a seedling starter and much much more are on display at the Salmo Public Library, showcasing the creativity and ingenuity displayed by this group as they turned what was to be trash truly into treasure.
The Gr. 6 students at Twin Rivers Elementary School in Castlegar did an OUTSTANDING job with their Trash 2 Treasure projects.
